Runescape: Dragonwilds is here, and with it has come quite a bit of jank. If you’re on the early primary quest “Dragon Slayer”, you might have noticed that finding the blue-flame door in the swamp can be a little difficult, as the indicators for its location are off.
Before you venture out to find the door, be weary that it is an entrance to a dungeon with relatively strong enemies. You’ll want to be well armed, well rested, and well fed before entering.
Finding the Blue-Flame Door
Many players have noticed that the quest marker for the blue-flame door is either inaccurate or intentionally intentionally vague. The true location of the door, as shown by the blue circle below, is just north-east of the actual quest marker (or circle).

As stated, this door leads to a dungeon, so be wary! The enemies inside are not to be trifled with, and represent a fairly steep hike in difficulty compared the goblins and rats the player would have been exposed to up to this point in the game. After entering the room, you’ll be able to progress the primary quest and push on with your adventure.
Additionally, if you’re looking for a nice cape upgrade (or, simply, your first cape of the journey,) we recommend, prior to entering the dungeon, to make a journey just the outskirts of the swap and kill a druid to obtain one of the two amulets for Zanik’s side quest “Goblin Diplomacy.” That way, you knock out two birds with one stone, ya dig?
